Diet plan, Anxiety and Depression


Marianne consulted with me because of anxiety and / or depression. She had tried various forms of medication but basically reacting well to any of the following drugs. She was exhausted from lack of sleep, and from the intense anxiety that kept awakening her up. While there has been challenges in her life - style, like in everyone's term, none were extreme enough that you have this effect on these with. She spent her days depressed with her nights awake and darker.

Marianne had done many years of inner work and thought that her thoughts growing her feelings. She was vigilant about thinking remember that were positive, so she could misunderstand why she was having such a hard time. When she awoke at bedtime in a panic, she could not seem to gain charge of her thoughts. She would ruminate many times about the various challenges during his life. She was very discouraged he had so much therapy together with done so much innermost healing work, and still it felt so awful. Sometimes she felt like she was going crazy because she felt so out of control over her thoughts plus it feelings.

Marianne had a solid spiritual connection. She did not feel alone in her lifetime, knowing that her spiritual guidance is by using with her and time intensive guiding her, which made her anxiety and depression all the more perplexing and upsetting lose her.

"I just don't get what has happened here. I take fabulous care of myself. I address my own feelings, I be healthy and exercise, and I recieve great friends and an incredible relationship. My kids performing well and I romance relationship my work. Why am I having such a hard time? "

Fortunately for Marianne, I had gone through the same experience. I discovered the source of my problem through research for the internet, which proved much genuine than what my doctor was saying. It appeared that Marianne was afflicted with low blood sugar as tall as Hypoglycemia.

Marianne would analyze just fine, but would awake throughout a panic 4-6 hours after felling asleep and then couldn't go back to sleep. When a person's blood glucose goes too low, the adrenal glands take over and snap shots epinephrine, also called excitement, into the system to raise the blood sugar, causing anxiety or even detail.

I suggested that Marianne ask her doctor to create her a glucose fortitude test, and it turned out that she did have hypoglycemia. Her doctor told her to go off all sugar and delicate products, such as black bread. Her doctor advised he eat 6 small meals that appears to be balanced between protein, compound carbohydrates, and fats, and to be absolute to eat just before bed. Her doctor, fortunately a different medicine doctor, also advised her to go on chromium supplement just in-front sleep.

Within days to get on this food or theme, Marianne started sleeping all night. When she did awake, she was not marked and was able to go back to sleep. She no additional time felt depressed. Then one night she went back to not sleeping and achieving the anxiety.

"Marianne, what have you do the day you do couldn't sleep? "

"I joined a gym and did a bad workout. I read that exercise is for hypoglycemia. "

I asked Marianne to execute a little more research of their and she discovered that intense exercise greatly lowers the sugar - that she actually should eat during exercising. After doing so, she had no more sleeping disorders.

It is important to understand that anxiety and depression can have physical, emotional, and biblical causes. The emotional/spiritual causes of anxiety and depression are either related to what we tell ourselves and also the way we treat ourselves. Self-abandonment by the judging ourselves, ignoring individual feelings, turning to addictions as oppose to to Spirit, and making others at the rear of our feelings cause hysteria and depression. Diet, situation, and hypoglycemia can along with cause anxiety and gap.

If you are willing to take responsibility for yourself and find out how to lovingly treat yourself psychologically, emotionally, and spiritually, one may heal your anxiety instead depression.
