Gluten Intolerance - How to become Gluten Free


What is it to be gluten free and have coeliac disease?

Are you allergic to be able to gluten? Gluten is a protein found wheat, rye, barley, spelt and better triticale. They are prolamins (proteins) that damage the digestive system. Tiny hairlike structures called villi within the lining of the small intestine. It helps to digest the nutrients locally food.
