For four decades I'M SURE rolled around threw pity parties one after another and just fully engaged a low level stress and anxiety - Through choices made life just got worse as time marched on and when thinking this has to be a the lowest level of life - it became deeper and thoughts of suicide crept in and overtook my thoughts, body and soul. I didn't even know that you could be live a life cloaked in absolute depression and that's exactly what it was submit and utter Clinical Depression.

What happens to over come financial crisis? You quickly and drastically buy some new life - You literally rip of that mental handicapped Band-Aid and change yourself immediately practically no looking back. How to start - start some once per day activity the completely engulfs your body and mind. Something that will not give time to think about anything other than that but what is putting in at that moment.. Things like trying to ride a motocross bike, rock or hiking, kick boxing, or football. I chose motocross because it requires the most physical abilities that you could muster and you must laser focused at all times to stay up right cross the final line. Not to mention the flat out thrill you get of making thirty to tremendously foot jumps and catch some air to boot.

Change your eating habits to one that can fuel your new routines properly. Eating lots of carb and sugars and caffeine just keep you in a scheduled being a loser. Drink a bunch of water and take a lot of it vitamin supplements. Eat for a longer period seafood, raw veggies elect to go broccoli, carrots, bell bell peppers, onions, etc.
