Conservative Quote - Trouble Never Last, Tough Many Do

"Tough nights never last; tough many do. " Robert Schuller hit things within your head with this customary quote. In a few weeks time, the bottom has fallen of all our economy and people are mad as blazes and a lot scared to death. We feel hard times descended on us like a rampaging tornado. Our IRAs and pensions have actually been cut, then cut anymore, and cut yet independently. The value of your houses has fallen, foreclosures are on the increase, and major American stores and banks are failing. Unemployment is up every 4 weeks, with more and for a longer period jobs being threatened nearly all. All this before Winter holiday and, for many, Vacations looks pretty bleak. Old or young, our lives have also been affected. And we know nothing of when this financial free-fall can certainly, which scares us even further. Just blind fear is ruling our lives!

Many pundits are comparing recent times with the 1930s being the Great Depression raged. Bad as it is now, believe me, things were painful in Depression times. Our unemployment is now 6. 5%; in 1932, 56% of black Adult men and women and 40% of white Americans didnt have jobs. Those who still experienced jobs had their incomes drop as many as fifty percent and their business week cut from half dozen days to perhaps variety of.

Behind the depression, there's been untold human suffering and degradation. Families split up, children dropped out of faculty, and people waited in food lines for hours to get slightly weak cabbage soup. Families were evicted from the homes unable to pay their rent or house. Others ended up increasing or even tripling how many clients living in one a house. Some crowded three / four families into one-room shacks feed on dandelions and madcap weed roots. Many starved to death and much more died from related troubles.

Yet through it with the remainder of, Americans stayed tough, as most of us must today. They still believed get it America was the best country in the united states, that there was an easier tomorrow, and faith was the bedrock of its lives. We, too, needs to stand tough, just being Robert Schuller's conservative plan suggests. Let us today still need the patriotism, the security, and the belief that there is a better tomorrow, just my own engagement ring grandparents did. Don't let your life be ruled - by - fear and rage. Keep yourself tough and pray. We Americans makes it through this terrible time.
